The difference is only the result; either good or bad”

Heeeey everyone! 😀
Woah~ it’s been a long time coming back.. but I’m here again now. More or less.
I am sorry for being away for so long, to both this blog and to my dear friend Dazzling!
Her heartfelt post when I left really brought tears to my eyes. I was so sad because I missed home. I read it probably the day she posted it, but it was so hectic here that I hardly had time to reply. Now that I have time to reply, there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude, and I really miss my dear friend :).. I thank God that I was able to meet her, and got to know her…
It made me so happy to see that I have such a wonderful friend by my side. All I can say is.. that I think this song fits well with the occasion, and I dedicate it to Dazz ;)..
On a side note, I have finally settled down completely. Tomorrow is the matriculation, and I will officially have entered a new path. It’s both scary and exciting… But thankfully, it’s more of the latter :)..
Sadly, the studies that I’m taking require me to study a lot. Thus, I am not quite sure how much or how often I will be able to post… But I guess we’ll see where the road takes me.
Be right back 😉
What do you do when the only police officer that is decent enough to go as an undercover model gets injured and you end up with……. that.
I’ll admit, I had no expectations to this movie when I first saw it. I was just bored and wanted something fun to watch. Luckily, it didn’t go wrong 😛
I was SO excited when I saw the Hong Gil Dong couple reunited. I LOVED that drama so much! When I first saw Sung Yu Ri after knowing that the main lead in the movie was Kang Ji Hwan I started to laugh. I was like “Oh my goodness, it’s her!! She’s in the same movie as her love interest in Hong Gil dong!” I thought that she was just a cameo to make us laugh since they had a 24 episode long drama together. But little did I know that she had a significant role in the movie. I must admit that it made me pretty hyped up! So if you haven’t watched Hong Gil dong, I totally recommend that drama. It’s AMAZING!
Anyway, the movie was pretty good. I don’t want to go into the plot since it pretty much speaks for itself. Sung Yi Ri is a designer that’s going to have her own fashion show, while Kang Ji Hwan is a police officer that’s going undercover as a model to investigate a drug dealing issue where one of her models is the prime suspect. I think that the movie is pretty funny and very effortless. The plot is very simple and the characters are very likable. You don’t get particularly attached or detached. It’s a perfect movie for a day you don’t have anything special to do and just need some mindless fun 😛
I would rate this movie, but I think I’m just going to leave that to you guys haha.
The transformation happened so fast and unexpectedly, that even that became funny! LOL
I haven’t been able to post regularly these weeks and I truly feel bad about it. My fellow blogger,Soul, is currently busy getting used to her new country, but what’s my excuse? I haven’t really been watching any new dramas, and even if I have, I’m not in a state where I want to comment on them yet. Still though, there are so many things I can talk about!! Maybe I should just change my title to Sorry I’m a lazy girl!
I’ll try my best to post more! And I know we have some regular visitors so don’t be shy. Feel free to comment if you want us to talk about a certain topic. We’re all ears ❤
Loving every single track in Shin Young Jae’s newest album ❤ Leaving you guys with a soft tune ^_^
SS has already done a review on this drama when it was about to air. I have decided to give my personal opinion after actually watching the drama.
Aigoo, where to start? Should I be brutally honest or just honest? Alright, I’ll be honest.
The truth is, the whole “girl disguising herself as a boy – while being surrounded by only boys – and someone liking her thinking that they’re gay when they’re really not” is used. Very used. I’ll give in to this drama since it’s suppose to be the korean version of Hana Kimi. I will let it go solely based on that reason. I wouldn’t have been this nice If this was a regular drama that wasn’t based on a manga.
I’ll be honest. I used to FEED off of dramas like these. Cute high school dramas with cliché scenes was my daily bread! But now, It’s like having twelve spoons of sugar in my coffee instead of two -____-
I will say this though, the drama is well made. The acting is good and the storyline makes you want more. What more does a drama need, you ask? It needs an attractive and intriguing concept! If a drama lacks those two things, it really does not matter how good the drama is made. It will still have a huge hole.
I am sure that this drama will come to many people’s liking. A cute drama with a few Kpop idols thrown in there, what’s not to like? I’m just making this review for the more critical Kdrama watchers that expect more these days! 😛 I feel like it’s just a too safe of a bet. This drama is bound to be popular because it’s Hana Kimi with Kpop idols. I can’t blame SM entertainment. I would probably have done the same. Go for something safe. But there’s a reason why I respect JYP more for actually throwing themselves out there with Dream high. Something we had never seen. Something we had never heard of.
Anywhooooo, that was my two cents on To the beautiful you. Well, kind of. More like fifteen cents if you ask me (-_-)’. It’s still a pretty decent drama though. Check it out if it’s your type of drama. 😀
Sometimes I just get the BIGGEST nostalgia, it’s not even funny. It’s been approximately two years since I saw the drama called Smile you. It’s a family drama consisting of 45 episodes of pure happiness! Haha, no lie! You just can’t help but fall in love with the two families and their problems. The cuteness is almost too hard to endure!
What I especially like about this drama besides the fact that it’s incredibly cozy, is the fact that the storyline is legit! Not once do you encounter something that you would consider unrealistic. Because of the fact that the drama is somewhat realistic, you just fall in love with life in general! 😛 Sometimes I just want to jump into my computer screen and be a part of the storyline. If only! Hahah
So I’m watching Smile you these days. This is where my nostalgia has brought me. It’s nice taking a break from currently airing dramas sometimes and just watch something you already know. Something safe. Something you like. 🙂
Hello dear Aeg-yo readers! Hope everyone is doing great in every possible way. It currently feels like my throat is being slowly stabbed, but I shall live… I think.
Soulful Stardust and myself parted ways on Wednesday. Wait, that sounded a little bit too serious and a tiny bit like a break up 😛 Fear not, we did not part on those terms. We parted ways because I am going to continue my studies in the city we’re currently living in now, while SS is going to move to another country to start her new studies there. For that reason, this is how it all turned out. We had to say our goodbyes.
I guess this is all a part of growing up. We find something we like. We discuss it, hope, and pray for it. We make decisions. We move on, and say goodbye. I really wish her well in everything. SS is a true blessing and I know everything will work itself out. I believe in you and everything that you do 😉 I was going to put up a goodbye song at the end. but all I could think of were sad love songs -_-
So I’ll end it with some words of wisdom instead:
Goodbyes are not forever.
Goodbyes are not the end.
They simply mean I’ll miss you
until we meet again.
